FTX #3

Great project! How about adding FTX? That would really be awesome!

This is actually one of the next improvements, that would be done in future.

There is actually an easy possibility to implement a connection to Binance Futures, I think that would appear next week. Also, if you want, you can create a FTX connector to CryptoFuturesPy and pull request it. That will make life much more easier for me and will result in much faster implementation. But yes, I will be adding more connector later but, personally, I trade on Binance Futures and Bitmex, so those are the one I implemented first. Also, other pairs will come up in future updates.
