假人挂机时刷怪不正常（完全不刷怪

复现步骤 Steps/models to reproduce

在同一条件下先后使用玩家、假人挂机，玩家挂机时通过freecam观察有怪物生成，通过收集装置确认有掉落11个物品。假人挂机时服务器内没有玩家，挂机12小时后检查收集装置物品依旧是11个

无法复现，请提供挂假人时候/paper mobcaps的数据以及刷怪塔投影。此外你提供的版本号是错误的。

It could reproduce in 1.21.1 build 54.
Seems fake players couldn't load chunks.
