File Wont Unzip #68

both the server and client files download from the link come up as a word doc icon, zip folder. right click does not show an upzip option nor does the tool bar at the top of the window show any option (windows 8).
to add. java uptodate. brand new computer. and just for fun, tried in three different browsers
