At spawn, players cannot use the enchant tables or enderchests that are provided upstairs (world guard problem I believe).

List of hacks not being detected by NPC

No access to /delhome
Any portals created by players teleport back to the spawn one when they leave.
Players cannot use the warp signs posted at spawn for the shops
Ranks above Member which are supposed to be allowed multiple homes are not allowed to /sethome more than once
