[Bug]: Recharge Your Prospector! doesn't work #323

Issue Summary

I went AFK and drained my Advanced Prospector (HV), realizing there was a "refill" quest I used that but still didn't have a charged scanner.

So I switched to creative, enabled quest editing and noticed that while the original prospector is defined as:

{Count:1b,id:"gtceu:prospector.hv",tag:{Charge:1600000L}}

The replacement quest gives

{Count:1b,id:"gtceu:prospector.hv"}

Updating the quest reward made it work as expected (gave me a charged one)

Reproduction steps

  1. Wait an hour after finishing genesis (or automatically complete the hour timer on Recharge Your Prospector!)
  2. Submit your prospector
  3. Claim the replacement prospector
  4. Note that it is not charged
