DML is not consistently peaceful-obtainable

I looked through all the pattern recipes and found the following:

[/] = t0, available in peaceful, but needs matter
[?] = needs loot or trade
[ ] = not available in peaceful

- [x] creeper: matter+coal > gunpowder
- [x] spider: matter+flesh+apple+mushroom > spider eye
- [x] guardian: matter+quartz > prismarine
- [x] witch: bottle
- [x] elemental: flame lily+sulfur > pyrotheum

### nether
- [x] blaze: flame lily > blaze powder
- [x] ghast: matter+sugar+spider eye > tear
- [ ] wither skeleton: skull
- [x] wither: nether star (elementals > artificial)

### end
- [x] enderman: uranite > diamond+pulsating dust > ender pearl
- [x] shulker: diamond
- [x] ender dragon: lair

Out of all the models:

• Only slime and wither skeleton are impossible in peaceful. (needed for slime, nickel, and lead)
• Skeletons and zombies are possible to start with in peaceful, but you need to find a loot chest with their items in it first.
• Everything else is obtainable through peaceful-only mobs and matter.

My suggestion is to add some sort recipes to be able to obtain slime, wither skeleton skulls, and possibly bones and rotten flesh in peaceful mode.

Oke I added recipes:

• Plant balls -> Slime
• Calcium to bone meal (you still need 1 ow matter to get bones)
• Bones to skeleton skull
• 3 Skeleton skulls + 1 nether matter -> 1 Wither Skull

Since I just recently did the early bits in Nomifactory CEu on 1.12, I thought I'd mention that one slightly odd thing in there was that the slime-like substance obtainable from rice was usable for leads and such, but not for bootstrapping DML. Making it work there might be more consistent with other things than going from plant balls to slime.
