Uhhh, use jei? Theres only REI... Although I think that this quest gives quite a good advice, just not to the player
There is a quest named "Checkmark"
MV Lens quest calls for Red Lens (which is HV-gated) Should be Ruby Lens.

And now it is EMI, but base functionality is the same, so I guess just needs to update the name of the mod?
questbook has that, did you reload yours?
Genesis chapter:
Batteries require a mixer and a canner to craft. Power augment requires Sterling silver and Energetic Alloy to craft.
Beginning Chapter:
LV Compressor, LV Extractor, LV Autoclave, SNAD, Pulsating Iron, Pulsating Dust, Boiler and Turbines, Backpacks, Dark Steel Ingot, Hardened Integral Components, are all missing quest rewards that they had in 1.12
There are a lot of items with stuff like #forge:plates/bronze instead of its actual name and it prevents EMI from working correctly with those items.
JEI still needs to be replaced by EMI in some quests
Fluid Rig Quests ask for Solid Steel Machine Casing, Multiblock needs Solid Machine Casing to form. Also there are three quests, and all separately reward a Nomidollar.
Very sorry! I didn't see this issue before so I will repost all of my old reports in there:
The "LV Circuit Assembler" have "The Second Tier One Circuits" in its dependencies while it should be the opposite since you need the Circuit assembler to craft those and not the opposite
The "Charging Quartz" quest in the "Matter-Energy" chapter asks the wrong Charged Certus Quartz, the one from GregTech, instead of using the one from AE2
While the "Macerator" quest in the "The Beginning" chapter note that it should accept LV, MV and HV Macerators it only accepts LV Macerators as of right now
The "4k Item Storage" in the "Matter-Energy" chapter have the "Logic Processor" has a dependency while its craft uses Calculation Processor
I think it would be a good idea to provide a silk touch enchantment book in Steam Grinder quest as a reward. It's not useful otherwise as in modern you don't get ore blocks from mining them

You still double ore grinding the raw ore. You don’t need blocks.

Umm no? I was looking through EMI and none of raw ores produce double the ores by grinding. Maybe I am looking somewhere wrong?

Ah right, they intentionally removed those recipes because blocks drop extra raw ore by default so you get the same effect.

They do not drop extra ores unless you enchant for Luck your mining tools.
EDIT: Gregtech Community Pack specifically has a recipe for silk touch book to make life simpler
The quests for Ammonia and Hypochlorous Acid have the same quest description. It belongs to the Ammonia quest.
Also, almost none of the quests for a chemical allow you to click on the chemical to pull it up in EMI.
Primal Mana quest is asking for a liquid instead of a bucket of liquid. Cannot be completed.
Nitrogen, Nitrogen Dioxide, Nitric Acid, Noble Gasses, Acetic Acid, to name a few, are all the same. The majority of the liquid chemical quests in Mid Game are like this.
The questbook is currently mostly ported from NFu, so there may be some oversights in quest details, info, etc. If you find something, report it here.
General suggestions for quests can go here as well.
