Manage sensors

Currently Vehicle::std::vector<std::shared_ptr> m_sensors;

• replace Radar by any kind of Sensor.
• Use the visitor pattern to iterate on them (see https://github.com/Lecrapouille/BacASable/tree/master/Cpp/DesignPatterns/Visitor). Add method to visit them: for rendering, getting info, interrogate (ie listOfPedestian = visitDetectPedestrian(sensors))
• Allow these methods to be usage for senarios
