Overlay to replace the campaign buttons

It would be nice to have a fancy overlay over the map to replace all the buttons we currently use in the campain / gm frame.

This are some ideas for the overlay:

A nice initiative list on top of the screen like in computer games (e.g. Balurs Gate 3) where all combatants are listed horizontally.
Selecting the own token would bring up buttons for "open charsheet", "regenerate" ...
Selectiong another token would bring up buttons for "attack (melee)", "attack (ranged)" ...
On bottom of the screen could be a quickbar for most used skills.
Conditions could be displayed like buffs/debuffs in computer games and provide more information when hovering them
