Move all images from campaign to addon #6

We currently use tableImage() and tblImage() to reference to images in lots of macros. This should be replaced by references to our addon to keep the campaign file small

Most of the references have been replaced. There are 2 more things to do:

  1. rework the images displayed in chat
  2. rework GMSheet where there are still references.

chat images are now finally transfered to the addon. Only the gm sheet ist still using images for the layout

Every reference in the code to images is now replaced with a reference to the addon. The only images we still need in the campaign are referenced in the campaign and gm windows
