Rework the GM sheet #8

Noone currently uses the character overview in the gm sheet. We should replace this by something more useful and rework the gm sheet by using HTML5 instead of the old frames.

Idea 1: We could provide a page like the skills page in the charsheet to request rolls for players. This could be more useful than an NPC overview #10

Idea 2: We could rework the calendar into a page in the gm sheet. Its a bit wierd that the calendar is currently a seperate frame, which looks completely different than the rest of the framework

Idea 1-2 are done. We now have only 1 overview page for PC/NPCs. This sites still need a rework!
