[Feature] Support for old derivation path #4

A way to get the address from the derivation path used in the chrome app would be useful.

For ethereum. The addresses shown by the hodl app are from the path m/44'/60'/0'/0 as it is the default with Ledger Live. However, the chrome app use (used?) m/44'/60'/0'.

This is in relation with those two issues:

I recognize however that the best would be for the user to use the new derivation path but, as long as they are not the same in both Live and the chrome app, having both options in hodl is meaningful.
