B2CA-969: clean and port stax

Full refactoring of the Application, with Stax porting.

The PR includes:

• Porting to Stand App framework
• Removing hardcoded SDK files and use the latest sdk
• Removing useless Blue device support
• Adding the different workflows and linters (ensure CI :green_circle: )
• Fixing compilation warnings and deprecated functions
• Refactoring the python cli tool (pytool)
• Adding a manual-test directory to ease testing
• Adding unit-tests
• Adding ragger tests
• Refactoring and reviewing the documentation
• Add Stax support
• Fixing few bugs

In addition, after discussing with Product Management, we have decided:

• Remove deprecated RSA1024
• Change keys slots management:
  • Only a single slot for Nanos
  • 3 slots for other platforms
  • Only 1 variant is now available: OpenPGP (no more OpenPGP.XL)
• ChangePIN modes management:
  • Remove support of On Host
  • Add specific warning message if the user select Trust
• Change SEED mode management:
  • Set SEED mode On at startup
  • Add a warning if the user disables it

Note: The compliance CI (scan-build) is failed due to an unused variable in SDK. The corresponding PR is already merged.
