Auto-lock not working when app is open #13

I have setup auto-lock at 5 min (nano S + firmware 1.3.1) When SSH/PGP Agent (v0.0.3) is open on the device, it never auto-lock. Auto-lock is working when ethereum or bitcoin app are open.
