Embedded doc proposal

I've reorganize the embedded-app part in a hopefully clearer fashion.

This version should reflect what we talked about on Tuesday 10/01/24, which was:

• I. Introduction
• II. "Choose" -> page where a reader would find shortcuts and tips on how to navigate the doc and where to go given its needs
• III + IV. Develop + Tests, previously "how to develop an app?", is a technical chapter where the boilerplates, environment, tools and SDK are explained
• V. Deliver, previously "How to have my app on the Ledger Store?", contains the processes, requirements, forms and references, everything someone needs to now to be able to ask an application deployment to Ledger
• VI. References, previously "Architecture", contains high-level documentation on PSD, design, BOLOS or cryptography (not down to earth knowledge directly exploitable for developing on application, these sort of context should lie in III)

II still needs to be done. Also, a context graph shall yet be added into III to highlight the different tools / features accessible through the VSCode extension.
