The goal of this task is to list, for the user, the plugins already installed in the wallet he controls.

As it is possible to install a plugin without using the plugin store module (see #87), installed plugins will not necessarily be in the list fetched from the plugin store module. It is expected.
⚠️ I noticed the list of plugins installed for a wallet is not currently stored by the watcher. I will probably extend the module to include this information in the future. If the list of plugins isn't easily accessible from our any pieces of our stack when you pick this task, feel free to DM me.
