Short description

Even if we encourage our users to only install plugins from our secured plugin store, we have to offer a way for our users to install the plugin they want to. This is the goal of this task.

Full description

Integrate the frontend fragment that will let the user install any class hash he wants to. Frontend-side this view must be warned, the user must understand he is asking for something serious. The on-chain part will be the same as the one used by #86.
