Short description

Leverage the work done in #95 in order to authorize a new signer

Full description

Now that we solve the cross-device communication problem regarding the pubkey, we are now capable of sending the not-yet authorized pubkey to the smart-contract wallet in order to authorize it. The transaction must be done by one of the already-authorized signers.

The goal of this task is to develop the entire flow that allows the user to add a new signer.
