Implement the Nano application used to blind sign Starknet transactions

Full description

Implement the Nano application (Nano S/S+/X) used to sign Starknet transactions. This application will only perform blind signing, i.e signing the Pedersen hash of a Starknet transaction (Persersen hash will have to be displayed on Nano screen).
