After reset LIVE DESKTOP, for import app on LIVE from NANO S with app already installed, i must to entry on each app, from hardware, than import again, one by one. This is a nonsense.

Please consider to make a check on LIVE DESKTOP that (just after unlock Nano) import app from hardware, if is it. In this way when user reset, is ready to go, immediatly, with one click

TLDR: feature request duly noted. It could be a better ux. It is not trivial to address in current hardware paradigm but should be a r&d subject

There are many ideas we can dig around this, these are the hardware limitations to be aware of:

I understand perfectly. The purpose of my request is to have a system, really usable by everyone, even the neophytes.

The biggest problem is whether the Nano or the Seed are donated to someone who is not aware of the crypto owned and therefore which app should install.

My idea helps to solve this problem and at the same time makes the hardware much easier to use even for those who bought it.

Thank you very much for your attention

An alternative, semi-automatic, could be the following.

When you install (or after the reset) LIVE DESKTOP and connect to the Ledger (even if it has just been restored via seed, therefore independently of having the apps installed), it checks the associated wallets and suggests to the user, which app should install on the hardware.

What think about?

it checks the associated wallets

with current device, we can't do that. we need to be in the actual app to ask device the address. only then we can start checking if it have funds. Unless we have such feature as a firmware/hsm feature, it's not trivial.
