Exclude more errors from sending to Sentry + fix environment + patch update (bugfix sentry lib)

• we want to exclude errors related to user's environment, not fixable by us and not pollute Sentry of them.
• also fixing the environment that was not always "staging"
• also update the latest sentry lib
• increasing error and perf sampling
