6 years ago Just received my first Ledger Nano S few days ago, first tests passed so well with some Wallets and the "App Manager" adding and removing apps like a charm, but TODAY I CAN NOT REMOVE OR ADD apps to my Ledger Nano S.
I have tested on several environments, Linux and Windows, and the error is the same "Unable to remove application", If the problem persist contact Ledger support.
I'm personaly stuck in this point where I'd need to progress with my evaluation of several Wallets that I can't now add to the device.
I'm not an expert but this opened issue seems to point to the right direction and I hope some can fix the problem because there are many noise about it out there, in reddit for instance.

Confirmed to be affecting multiple ledger Nano S's, and at multiple geographic locations.
"Unable to install application" or "Unable to remove application" error.
