Can't connect to the ledger apps #7

I'm able to install/remove applications, connect using ledger wallet ripple or using myetherwallet but using the ripple or lumens app I'm not able to connect

My father was having this issue with the ethereum wallet. On the his Nano S I had to select the wallet to use, then go to settings and try toggling or turning off "browser support"
