Improve Update Container #9

This PR improve the following:

Add setting to keep Terminal Window opened after a successful Container Update
Add setting for the max number of Container Update retries
Add a new containerStatus function to clean the code
Hide Terminal Window when the Container Update is done
Only retry the Container Update if number of retries < max value from settings
Change version to 0.1.6

This PR also fixes https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-vscode-extension/issues/2

@cedelavergne-ledger as this PR does not change any host command executed, we should be fine with not testing on all supported platforms (no need to test on windows or mac, it should still work) :crossed_fingers:
