I want to test transactions with my Ledger Nano S hardware wallet without necessarily having to buy Bitcoin. So I turned to the testnet. To use my Ledger with testnet I got the code of the extension "Ledger Wallet Bitcoin" from the git repository and I built it following the recommendations of the doc. Once connected on the extension I wanted to get the public address of the wallet and there problem, the public address does not respect the standard length of the BTC addresses, it makes one character less and it is thus unusable to make transactions.
