Add Requirements section #9

On a fresh Python install, When compiling Makefile.glyphs (from https://github.com/zcoinofficial/blue-app-btc), glyph compilation fails. The single dependancy necessary is the pip module Pillow. This request adds a 'Requirements' section to include this dependancy.

Got the same error for ledger-app-eth, this would have been useful. Please sign the commit and merge this PR.

There is a docker ledger-app-builder that should be used for that.
