It is currently possible for to equip multiple pieces of the same armor type (e.g. gambeson). This can lead to confusion when only the piece with the highest AP rating is used in the calculation.
It might make sense if equipping one armor piece unequipped all other pieces of the same type. Though, I would prefer it if type was not factored into the AP calculation at all and duplicate prevention was left to the players and GM to stop.
