Before the 0.3.1 update, items in the inventory could be moved around, rearranged, and even moved from sheets to sheets. However, since the 0.3.1 update, there seems to be a bug that caused the feature to not work anymore. Items created in the "item" tab in the sidebar can still be moved from the sidebar to character sheets.
