Hi @Lee-zix , thank you for developing and maintaining the HiSMatch repository. Your work is greatly appreciated.

We're having some challenges preparing our data in the required format. Would it be possible to provide preprocessing code or a guide?

Thanks for your update! However， after running the preprocessing code, there is still a missing file "train_graphs.txt". Is there a missing code in the code preprocessing code?
