Cannot parse it's own output #3

Somehow a "cleanse" 'd json file is not recognised by the script as json if re-read.... may need to tweak the output a little (suspect simple formatting issue, python can be a bit picky).

This was comments in the file, removed and updated. Will fix the cleanser
