Hi @LeeCampbell!

i'm mostly creating this to say thank you for your ~logging~ polling example. It fit perfectly with something i needed and was a much more elegant solution than the one i had cooked up.

Here's some small fix-ups as a thanks 😄

Did i say "logging"? Silly me! i mean polling! Logging is the file i changed.
