Addressbook legacy still exists in the Developer Guide for Archangel #12

Addressbook still appears in the structure and implementation of Archangel despite the application having no relevance whatsoever to addresses. This can be seen from the appearance of AddressBook and its related components in the diagrams and description in the Developer Guide of the Archangel.
