Hello, would it be possible to add a release that is pre compiled

Hi Minionflo - there wouldn't really be a point to a pre-compiled release. This is a tool for writing and prototyping your own custom watch faces via the Watchy SDK. It doesn't literally simulate a Watchy itself.
