Describe the bug Auto-release pipeline creates two releases, one with the change log and one with the useable product versions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Action on the Github
  2. Click on Release, make a new release
  3. Once made, go to release to see the drafts
  4. See error

Additional context This would be fixed by someone with a better understanding of GitHub Actions. We are using this to make the change log and this to make our official release.
