To edit notification comments on pull requests, go to your Netlify site settings.
This Moves from the convention of Plans to the more intuitive name, Paths.
It also adds in more details for our entity as I start to build the form out and debug it.
Finally, it updates the initiative order properly, fixing the initiative bug.
