Tauri is a candidate for app deployment packaging and we want to look into feasibility of this as applied to our potential architectures for back-end dev

Since back-end deals just with database and api calls and research shows we can accomplish this with a MariaDB-Rust-Tauri combination, feasibility is confirmed
