Integrate in-game music player #576

So heres the idea. There are allot of homebrew music plugins for psp that allow
track playback while in game. My suggestion is to get some devs and make one
that is implemented into the latest ProCFW. Most music plugins must have a
channel switch when in game to play music over bgm and not other audio even
though not all games have a dedicated channel for in game bgm. It would be nice
to start a database of games and keep track of what Audio Channel each game
keeps its audio on so that when the game is started (if the option is enabled)
your selected music will play on that channel automaticly without you needing
to search for the correct channel and having sound glitches in the process of
doing so.

would this be possible?

Possible - yes. But this is not something that everyone wants and needs.
Because of that it's better as an additional plugin. You can go and ask the
plugin dev to enhance it's compatibility and user friendliness.

Funny story allot of the plugins are very old and the devs are nowhere to be
found so you can understand my dilemma. But it is possible to do so so this
means this enhancement is not totally out of the question if it is high in
demand right?

Like I said It's possible, but unpractical. Flash memory of the PSP is very
limited and everything not-kernel related should (and is) made in a form of
additional plugins.

If we implement it, others will ask to implement a screenshot plugin, others a
cheat engine and so on...

The purpose of a plugin is to add a feature that no everyone needs but some
wants, that's why a Mp3 player will never be embedded in the Pro firmware.
