steps duplicate #3

Am not sure if steps are allowed to be duplicated

Steps to reproduce:

  1. type in command box edit recipe pancakes /step:add Bake for 80 minutes at 400 C
  2. press enter
  3. repeat step 1 and 2

There is no particular reason to prevent duplicate steps from being added. Steps are identified by their step number, so there is no chance for confusion.
