date that has passed is allow for expiry #7

Not sure if dates that have been passed should be allowed to be keyed in side.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. type in command add ingredient milk /qty 1l /expiry 2019-11-09\
  2. press enter

Team's Response

The UG did not specify that ingredients need to be fresh and not expired in order to be tracked by the application. Furthermore, some food items only specify a "Best Before" date, and not a hard expiry date. In these instances, it would be beneficial to be able to track these ingredients.
