Chain from Move action - trigger correct?

After creating a move action and checking "must complete"  chaining a new 
behavior does not set the trigger appropriately.  Instead, the chained behavior 
appears to be a copy of the last edited behavior, regardless whether that's the 
behavior being chained from.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.
