need tool to directly enter rotation/position values

I just had to edit the json file for a project and enter the desired transform 
matrix to get an object rotated to the correct position.

It would help to have a tool which would accept X, Y, Z rotation parameters to 
be stored in the "toLoad" section of the json file (before any motions or 
behaviors are applied to the object).

A similar tool for entering position would also be helpful.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.
