Behaviors won't load the trigger when I click the Edit button

Having a problem where some behaviors won't load the trigger when I click the 
Edit button.  The trigger is visible in the list view, but doesn't come up in 
the editor window.  (this is for previously saved behaviors which I then try to 
go back to)

So far, it looks like a Picked Shape trigger will load into the editor window 
just fine, but a "stop" trigger won't.  So far, I've got a move stop, an 
animation stop, and a handful of timer stops which won't display when their 
action is edited.
