error reading Translation plane when camera is on axis #68

If you leave the camera at its default position when the editor is started 
(X=0) and you load an object whose transform axis is also at X=0, attempting to 
translate that object on Y makes the translation values in its matrix become 
NaN.

Try with the attached cube (which is at 0,0,0)

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.

Transforms and the manip handles completely changed under Kuda2. This issue is 
no longer valid and can't be tested.
