Add example for using table-sort-js with cdn (jsDelivr) in a script tag. #105

Currently there is just an example for downloading and renaming then using table-sort-js in script tag, add example for using from CDN jsDelivr. (use @1 rather than latest https://github.com/LeeWannacott/table-sort-js/issues/100) https://github.com/LeeWannacott/table-sort-js/blob/master/public/docs/html5.html
