Fixed grammatical errors in manual. #25

I read the manual and found some grammatical errors ("all variables has order 1." Here since the word variables is in plural it has to be have) and the phrasing then at the last seriously confused me (and may confuse others) but the sentence makes sense without it. But maybe I am just confused, so what did you try to say with then at the last? (I think the manual is understandable without it, but maybe we there is a less confusing phrasing holding the same information.)

Thanks! Could you regenerate the PDF as well, so that the typ file is synced with the PDF?
