Change license to prevent commercial reuse #53

One condition that has been stipulated for the license for this tool is preventing commercial reuse.

Having a quick look this CC-NC license may do

Thanks @murphyqm for this. This wasn't explored further due to time constraints and is a topic for further discussion within CDRC about how they want this licensed.
