Improve user instructions in readme #149

Following discussion with @NGRhodes, improve user instructions for environment setup and other bits and bobs

  1. Make clear which OS's Minos has been tested on
  2. Clarify that environment name doesn't need to be specified by the user, as it's drawn from the yml file anyway
  3. Add note on alternative method in case of package conflicts to reset base environment
  4. Multiple typos relating to UKDA-6614-stata dataset
