[x] ~Move functionality currently in generate_composite_vars (from generate_child_material_deprivation downwards) to metrics.ChildPovertyMetrics.~ -> marking as done as not clear what purpose was!
[ ] Calculate child poverty metrics on the fly and save to "metrics.csv", i.e. separate from main population.
[ ] Add final, oven-ready metrics into same function, i.e. functionality currently in generate_composite_vars.get_poverty_metrics, which are by hh, not individual.
[ ] Check transition models in model_definitions_default are correct; deferred to 283 when merging with 285 in 140d323838985fb77fcd1860d541ca37c8a51bbe.
