using all 7 eligible groups in 25UC intervention rather than just UC.

Universal Credit Child Tax Credit Working Tax Credit income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) Pension Credit Income Support income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

All of these have variables in US.

[ ] get variables
[ ] include them in an who_eligible_scp subset function of some kind.
[ ] run 25SCP on this new subset.
