this needs a tidier branch theres a lot of guff in there.
to keep it simple seems like 3 objectives:
get MICE data gen pipeline in and running on baseline.
some tweaks to household upscaling to get as many people in as possible.
post-processing on certain variables
all of this leads to nice i9mputed pop aspatial and scot pops to test.
get mice into makefile datagen
get complete_US and generate stockpop and repl pop to create input and transition data with correct paths.
update to complete case to get correct variabels and keep outliers now.
going through household upscaling changes to get as many people as possible. basically just a couple of rogue mice columns, and removing k_chains data unecesarily.
getting post processing on spatial variables for synthpop.
